Firas Sawas is an energetic individual who firmly believes in the power of leadership to positively impact the world. His unwavering commitment to adding value to any environment he finds himself in is a testament to his dedication.
He possesses extensive experience in various managerial domains, including Project management, Quality systems, Business Development, and Operations. He holds two master’s degrees: a master’s in business management, a master’s in project management, and a bachelor’s in economics.
Firas embarked on his career journey in early 2004 as a Business Development Manager at various national and international companies in Syria, Lebanon, Sudan, and UAE. In this role, he managed and successfully developed more than 600 employees, a testament to his exceptional leadership skills.
He was later honored as a Junior Chamber International (JCI) senator. This experience enhanced his skills in mentoring, empowerment, and positive change.
Since 2008, Firas has been a certified ISO lead auditor and EFQM Assures, enabling him to deliver cutting-edge managerial solutions and leverage quality to implement best practices for businesses.
After over a decade in management, Firas was approached as a Business Management Consultant. In this capacity, he was responsible for evaluating and enhancing strategic direction and implementing necessary management changes. This included conducting strategic business analysis, establishing a quality department, and providing leadership, communication, quality, and time management training to top management teams.
Subsequently, Firas relocated to the UAE to work with multi-international companies as a strategic Business consultant and trainer, delivered high-quality training courses to numerous governmental & corporate entities, covering essentials such as project management, Total Quality management, business development and strategic planning, and competencies such issues as Leadership, Change Management, Innovation, Goal Orientation, Conflict Management, Team Building, Stress Management, Communication, Personnel Development, Emotional Intelligence, and Motivation.
Firas’s true passion lies in training individuals to enhance their job performance, exceed it, and positively impact their lives. He firmly believes that education equips people with fundamental theories while training provides them with the tools, methods, and action plans to succeed. This dedication to training is not just a job for Firas, but a calling that inspires him every day.
Firas managed over 45 international business plans for multiple industries in different countries and delivered more than 100 comprehensive consultations on Strategic Planning, TQM, EFQM, ISO, and Governance.
